Tool/software:
Hello!
I am using 2x TPSM5601R5HE for a buck regulator design, both are powered by 5V0 and provide down regulation to 1V8 and 3V3 respecitvely.
I have a total of 4 prototypes of my design and on all of them the output of the IC is incorrect as they provide ~2.9V and ~4.7V instead.
I have used the tabular values given in datasheet and layout is very similar to TI recommendation.
PGOOD is high (but I have tried de-soldering my external pull up and ground it as well) which should mean the part is working correctly.
I have changed the feedback resistor configuration in such a way to obtain my nominal output, but the resistor values are way off from the table (1V8 TOP: 10k BOT: 27k; 3V3 TOP: 10k BOT: 10k, using references from datasheet)
If feedback-bot is left open, the output voltage is ~1.6V, I have tried to increase feedback-top to 100k as well
I double checked orientation as well as chip markings
Thank you for your support
