Nur,
The "X" is usually used to differentiate between large reel and non-X being small reel. However, for this device we don't have a small reel, so there is no difference.

Hi Prakash , thanks for the reply. I do have concern, whether the big carrier type may not suit with our SMT manufacturing machine. Can i request the different and perhaps any illustrate by drawing and photo to take a look at large reel

There is no difference between the 2 devices here.
