What is the max PWM frequency of TPS4H160-Q1?
Does TI have HSS which can support 60kHz PWM control?

Hi Leo Ma,

1) The max recommended PWM frequency is 2kHz

2) We don't have a high side switch with a frequency high enough however you can implement a high side switch before the load and a low side switch after the load to keep all of the protections of a high side switch while having the ability to switch at higher frequency:
