Is the PMBus address determined only at power-on (POR)?

Is the address also reset when a RESET input is applied?

Both POR and Reset will re-check the pmbus address.

Is it possible to change the address by switching the resistor value of ADDR0/1 and inputting RESET?

Do you want to replace the resistor when the system has power?

I don't recommend this kind of operation.

I am considering the attached configuration.

If the PMBus address is set when RESET is released, is it okay to supply the sequencer and multiplexer from the same power supply?

The address is only set when the power is turned on, it does not change dynamically.

So you want to toggle A0/1 then reset to change the PMBus address.

It shall work but please ensure that MUX works before UCD boots
