TPS54335A: Thermal Shutdown

Hello

I have used the TPS54335ADRCR buck converter to step down a 9V input to a 5V/2A output. However, during testing at full load (5V/2A), the IC temperature rises to approximately 172°C, causing it to shut down due to thermal protection.

I would like to know how I can improve the thermal performance of the IC. I have attached my design files for your reference.
