BQ25758: schematic review

    I have just reviewed the schematic:

    • Pin 9: This resistor value will have a current limit larger than the 20A allowed by the converter. This additionally looks like a filter network rather than a programming resistor considering the capacitor. Make sure to use the KIOUT value to program the proper output current limit of your design.
    • Pin 10: This resistor value will have a current limit larger than the 20A allowed by the converter. This additionally looks like a filter network rather than a programming resistor considering the capacitor. Make sure to use the KILIM value to program the proper input current limit of your design.
    • Pin 23: DRV_SUP is shorted to ground by resistor R639 which will not allow the converter to switch.
    • Pin 36: FSW_SYNC needs to be populated with a programming resistor. Make sure to use equation (3) of the datasheet to select your switching frequency.

    Other than these, I do not notice any major issues with the schematic.
