The AND gate on the output is not required, as TPS3851 has open-drain outputs. The RESET and WDO pins can be tied together and you can use a single pull-up resistor to achieve the same behavior as the AND gate. Additionally, the buffer you have on the input is not required and can be removed.

Could you please confirm if the 120Ω resistor and 0.1μF capacitor on the MR pin are correct?
Also, do we need to add a TVS diode for SW2?

The RC filter for debouncing the switch is not required, as the reset signal will be asserted for the reset timeout period (200ms in the case of TPS3851). See this application note for more information: Using The Manual Reset On Voltage Supervisors to Debounce a Pushbutton Switch
A TVS diode is not strictly required, but if the circuit is to be used in an ESD prone setting then it would help protect the device.
