Hello Goto,

We only provide the typical Ton(min) time in the datasheet.

so, you can consider the min Ton time to be 60ns typical with 1.2MHz.

Hello Goto,

Fig.6-18 can help you checking frequency for specific loading condition but these will be typical conditions, unfortunately we don't have data for variation in frequency.
