The TPS548B22RVFT is ROHS exempt with the 7(a) exemption and REACH affected for fully encapsulated high-lead solder die attach in power electronics.

Hi Peter,

Input voltage is 3.3V and required output voltage is 0.8V with 25A or more and our processor supports Voltage sense which help the regulator to rectify the drop at the load. So we need regulator which supports SENSE pin (i.e RSP/RSN).

We will be releasing the TPS546C25, currently in preview, in the next few weeks - https://www.ti.com/product/TPS546C25

It is similar to the TPS546E25 / B25, but in a smaller 4mm x 5mm package. It will need a 5V supply for VCC/VDRV when running the power stage from 3.3V.

I am also reaching out to low voltage switching regulator team to see if they have something that would work for your application.
