Tool/software:
Dear
I want to know what is the efficiency of LM5122 in light load mode in 24V->48V?
I cannot find the waveform in the datasheet.
Please help me.
Thanks!

Hello Sun,
Thanks for using the e2e forum.
LM5122 is a controller which uses external components for inductor, low side MOSFET and high side MOSFET.
As these components highly affect the efficiency, there is no data given in the datasheet.
We have efficiency data for our EVM boards, as these have a clear MOSFET/inductor selection.
Please have a look at the according users guide:
https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snvu197/snvu197.pdf
Please be aware that this measurement is taken in FPWM mode, which shows significantly lower efficiency in light load compared to diode emulation mode or skip mode.
Unfortunately, there is no graph given for other modes in the Users guide.
Best regards,
Niklas
