TLV431: Vout calculation considering Iref

Hi expert,

I just found some misleading description in our datasheet.

In Figure 6-2, we mentioned that VO = VKA = VREF × (1 + R1/R2) + Iref × R1.

But in 8.2.2.2.1, we mentioned that VO = (1 + R1 / R2) × Vref – Iref × R1.

And i think that is conflict. Which is right?

And we also mentioned that "The cathode voltage can be more accurately determined by taking the cathode current into account " How can it be understand. Cause I didn't see that how can we take cathode current into account.
