Hello Enrico,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The PSpice model in the product folder is unencrypted and you should be able to import it into LTSpice. We do not provide LTSpice models but it should be simple to import the model. Please consult LTSpice for instructions on how to import the unencrypted PSpice model.

Hello John,

the model imported in LT spice has only three pins identified as 1, 2 and 3. The problem is that I don't know which pin is the source, which one is the gate etc... I don't think the importing method is wrong.

Hi Enrico,

Apologies for the confusion. All of our FET models have the same pin assignments: 1 = D, 2 = G and 3 = S. Let me know if you run into any problems.
