Hello Abhiram,

I am currently working with the team to find where to access a Spice file for that device and will get back to you as soon as I have an answer. Many of our devices are supported by the PSPICE-FOR-TI software if you want to look there but I was not able to get the TPS92633-Q1 to work on it yet.
