Hello Davis,

TPS562203 operates in Eco-mode, which maintains high efficiency during light load operation. While, TPS562206 operates in FCCM mode, which keeps the same frequency and lower output ripple during all load conditions

Both has its own advantages, so depending upon the application you can choose which IC to use.
