My customer is looking for a buck converter for super-cap load for the following requirements. They are thinking around BQ24640 now but they would like to hear TI expert opinion. What BQ devise does TI think best for their requirements?
Input voltage VIN: 9V to 25.2V
Output voltage Vo/IO: 5V/1-10A
Operating mode: CCCV
Output connection loads: Super Capacitor and DC/DC converter
Switching element: Both internal FET type and external type can be used
Size: As small as possible.
