The voltage on the Ct pin is not specified by the datasheet, so we cannot guarantee specification of this voltage. It should be approximately 1.5V as stated in this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/706163/voltage-of-ct-pin-about-tl7700

Please note that this is a very old device so documentation and support is limited. Please consider using a newer device such as TPS3842 or TPS3808E. Both of these devices provide better performance and have more documentation and support available.
