I am currently designing a circuit using your TPS22950 load switch and would like to confirm some details regarding the ILIM pin.
To properly select the resistor (RILIM) connected to the ILIM pin, I need to understand the amount of current that flows through this pin. However, I could not find specific information about the ILIM pin current in the datasheet.
Could you please provide clarification on the following points?
- What is the typical and maximum current that flows through the ILIM pin (i.e., the internal current source value)?
- What is the expected power dissipation across the RILIM resistor, and what power rating would you recommend for safe operation?
