TPS6593EVM: GUI composer runtime

Hi Avadhut,

Are you asking where you can get the GUI for the TPS6593EVM? This is supported with the SCALABLE-PMIC-GUI, available here: https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/PMIC/Scalable_PMICs_GUI/ver/5.0.0/ 

Are you getting a message when you try to open this GUI? Can you screenshot to show what it says?

After installing TI cloud agent  this window is coming every time.

You mentioned the GC runtime. Are you trying to run a standalone GC app that you downloaded to your local machine with the GC runtime? Or are you trying to run the GC app from the browser?

Ok, so to clarify, it is not a GC runtime issue but a cloud agent issue.

Was TI Cloud Agent installed on your PC in the past by another user with administrator access? Does your account have administrator access?

No, Another user not installed the TI cloud Agent.

Yes,  TI cloud Agent was installed by using administrator access.

Ok so you installed it with admin access but is running the GC app from the same account as user?

GC app installed by using admin  access but running the app by as an user for same PC

I believe you are running into a known issue with TI Cloud Agent and a permissions conflict.

Can you (or someone who has admin access) log in to the PC with the admin account and then download and run the driver package in the link below:

https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/cloud/driver_pkg/

Then you can log in an rerun the ti cloud agent executable. However, if you are prompted for an admin account again, you can just ignore it.
