BQ76952:open mosfet charge and discharge

i am using bq 76952 to control 16 battery cells. i have connected battery balance block and power to charge discharge mosfet. but it seems BQ is not working. do you have any solution in this case? thanks you so much!

Hello,

I am a little confused on the issue here and could use some clarification. Is the issue that you are unable to control the discharge FET? If so, how are you trying to control it? Through commands or via protections? Please give a little more detail on what is occurring here.
