Hi,
For an application we are working on we are planning to use TPS54426RSA.
At a certain time during programing of ICs our board will be powered by external PSU, at which point the buck might have 5V at the output (from the external PSU) and no voltage on the input.
My question is, would this damage the IC? Or does the IC have means of protecting against damage in this case?
