In total MOSFET loses for M2 (upper MOSFET replacing diode in simple boost converter) are calculated some losses that I'm not sure what they are about:
"M2 Pdbody - Power dissipation through lower FET"
However, M1 is "lower FET". I find this confusing and I'm not sure about which loses are those from?
Those are highest loses in system, and seams as loses through body diode of M2. Is there time when MOSFET conducts through body diode?
