Hello,
My customer is designing the layout of TPS2640 with reference to the example below and has the following inquiry.
When they use a 6-layer PCB, should they design the area designated as RTN Plane below to be separated from the overall GND?
Please let us know if they should design the 1st and 2nd layers as in the example below and separate 3L-6L and the surrounding GND.
