    Hi Dinesh, 

    The TPS7H3301-SP is developed specifically for the radiation environment of space. It is not offered in part grades that target Automotive or Military spec or qualification. 

    You can however search TI's catalog to find other parts that would meet your needs, including filters for part grade (Rating) and electrical specs. Here is the search page for DDR power ICs.
