Tool/software:
We are currently using the following load switch: TPS27081ADDCR.
This is generally used to control power to external PCBs and peripheral devices that typically operate at up to 5 V. We now need to control 12 V, with a peak current of up to 1 A, but generally much lower, in the range of around 100 mA.
I am considering the TPS22810 or TPS22811, unless there is a better recommendation.
Ideally, we would prefer a SOT-23 package, or if possible, a SOIC package.
