Tool/software:
This issue is quite urgent. I would greatly appreciate any prompt assistance or suggestions . Thank you!
I am using TI’s LM5146 to design a buck converter with 48V input, 30V/10A output, and a switching frequency of 400kHz. Based on the parameters provided by WEBENCH, I have built and simulated the circuit in TINA.
In simulation, the output voltage can stabilize at around 30V under no-load conditions. However, when I connect a 3Ω load at the output (which should correspond to 10A output current), both the output voltage and current waveforms become abnormal and cannot reach the expected values (see attached waveform, Vout is green, Iout is red).
What could be the possible reasons for this phenomenon? How should I adjust or modify the circuit parameters to achieve stable 30V/10A output under load?
Additionally, one of my customers encountered a similar issue while simulating the LM5146. In a 5ms simulation, the output voltage suddenly dropped to a very low value at around 3ms, while the output current only increased slightly. What could be the possible reasons for this behavior?
