Part No: LMG3522R030, LMG3522R050

Currently, we are using the above Integrated GAN FET. But we need lower Coss integrated GANFET with top Cooled application.

Is there any low Coss Top cooled integrated GANFETs available?

or any new development for low Coss GANFETs is going On? If a new development is going on,Can we expect size optimization from existing one.

Please do the needful.

Hi Antony,

We only have LMG352x for top side cooled and the lower Coss variant would be the one with higher Rds,on which would be LMG3522R050. We do have other lower Coss & higher Rds,on option but unfortunately they're all bottom side cooled as that's mostly the popular ones for low power applications.

Is any new development for low Coss GANFETs going On with same package? If a new development is going on,Can we expect size optimization from existing one?

Unfortunately, there is no new development for top side cooling which will have lower Coss than LMG3522R050
