Hi team,
I would like to ask you if there any calculate tools of LP8868Y's power consumption. This is because the customer found that the temperature of the device was too high to be maintained below the Tj. The board temperature reached 90℃ under room temperature test conditions, and the power of the device may be 1.5W~2W. This means that at room temperature, the junction temperature of the device is already >112℃, which is unacceptable to the customer.
By the way, could you please help to provide some comments to optimize the thermal design? Thank you a lot.
