BQ27Z746: no condition into PF state,but IC shows PF without further associated

Tool/software:

The Bqstudio shows IC is PF state without detailed information.

After reset it seems become normal,but if i change any flash data or write any command,IC gets into PF again.

Could you help to analysis this?Thanks!

Can you please provide a BQStudio log file of this behavior? From the screenshots you sent, I do not see any of the PF Flags set.
