    Hi Che,

    Please find the following comments:

    1. increase the voltage rating of C381, to avoid the capacitance drop when voltage applied close to abs value. >16V rated cap suggested.

    2.Missing wires for DM_out and DM_in.

    3. CTL1/CTL2/OVP thresholds can be find in section 6.5 in the datasheet, please design the resistor divider's accordingly (for example R1&R5). 

    4. Please check if the voltage rating of D9 is too low for your application.
