TLC6983: Minimum clock frequency

Our customer would like to run the SCLK for TLC6983 at 40 kHz. Is there a minimum clock spec?

Do you have any concerns with them running 128 RGB LEDs at such a low frequency?

Hi Darren,

To calculate the minimum clock frequency, we might need to know the frame rate, desired PWM resolution and number of lines. BTW, why is your customer using such low frequency?

Normally this chip could not run in such low frequency, we can communicate in email for other solutions for the customer.
