Hi,
Could you please let us know what your drain current is.
Thanks.

The circuit is a totem-pole PFC. With either natural rectification or full-wave rectification, the input voltage is 50 Vrms and the input current is 2.2 A. Without the auxiliary power supply, the upper switch of the low-frequency leg is hotter than the lower switch, but the temperature difference between the high-frequency leg’s upper and lower switches is less than 1°C. With the auxiliary power supply on, the low-frequency leg shows the same behavior, but the temperature difference in the high-frequency leg grows to 4°C and the entire upper switch’s temperature keeps rising.
Hi,
Can you please let me know what your operating conditions are?
Thanks.
Best,
Adhvaidh
