When the VIN input signal is as follows, flickering is observed when the voltage is maintained at 40V for 400ms. What could be the cause?

Current output setting:

OVPH: 30V
OVPL: 27V

Could you pls confirm if it is the only fault be reported in the device, I believe some fault will be triggered during the test.
