TPS922053: Is there a way to make the LED ripple current more consistant when PWM dimming?

Part Number: TPS922053
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS923653DYYREVM

Tool/software:

Is there a way to make the LED ripple current more consistant when PWM dimming? The ripple current starts out more than double what it should be then works its way to a steady state. The steady state ripple current is close to what I calculate. I have included scope shots of the issue I am having.

We are testing using the TPS923653DYYREVM Evaluation Module. I have include a schematic of all the changes made to the board (changes in green). The current is set to 1A and switching frequency is set to 1.2MHz. The input voltage is 48 V and the voltage drop across the LEDs is about 37.5 V. The inductor was changed to 47 µH and the output capacitors were removed. Rcomp and Ccomp were also changed to 100 Ω and 10 µF respectively.
