hi Team,

 customer ESD standard is 2Kv HBM mode, but we are seeing the spec have a comment on few pin at 500V.

 is that means the Pin 6 , Pin 7 and Pin 8 are rated at 500V HBM mode only ?

 why not have two line, pin 12345 is 2000V and another line for pin 678 is 500V?

    Hi Allen,

    Yes, pins 6, 7, and 8 are only rated for 500V. The documentation is noted quite confusingly. We do have a number of parts which have 2000V HBM, but none are pin to pin with the LM5107. 

    The UCC2720xA family, the UCC2728x family are both device families which are 3A, 120V drivers which are rated for 2000V HBM mode. Also, the UCC2721x is a 4.5A 120V driver which is also rated for 2000V HBM model.
