I have based my design on this webench output: webench.ti.com/.../SDP.cgi well as the datasheet input EMI filter (CISPR 25, class 5).
I have bypassed L4 in my testing. All testing has been carried out with a 500mA load.
So far I have tried:-
- Increasing input capacitance by 100uF
- Increasing output capacitance by 100uF
- Increasing C70 to 100nF
This has improved the ripple on the output to some degree but I am still seeing 182mVPP. Measurements taken at the test points at the output with a spring clip on the scope probe.
