Hi JDJ,

Please see to this table for the peak current limit of the inductor current.

Also note that this device is designed without EN pin. Do you need EN pin? If so , try TLC61220 or TPS61099.

Hi Nini, I need the current going into the EN pin. I expect this to be very low, like nA or low uA.

We are using a 2.2Meg for pullup, with cap to create a delay turn on. Need to make sure we VIH will meet spec worst case.

Hi JDJ,

I am a little bit confused, because TPS61322 do not integrate EN pin. Do you mean the Iq into Vin or other spec?

Do you mean you need start up with 2.2MΩ resistor on the load?
