Hello,

I am currently evaluating the UCC33420-Q1 for my design, but I noticed that a PSpice model is not available for this device. For simulation purposes, I would like to validate its functionality in PSpice before hardware testing. Could you please suggest if there is any similar TI device (with comparable functionality and specifications to UCC33420-Q1) that already has a PSpice model available for simulation?

This would help me in validating the concept in simulation before moving forward with prototyping.

    Anusree,

    We have the SIMPLIS model available for UCC33420-Q1. Pspice model is not available and even though there is a device with similar functionality (UCC12050), they different power capabilities, switching frequency and switching modulation, different protection and also, we do not have Pspice model for that device. I recommend using SIMPLIS.
