BQ27427EVM: Do not recognize end of charge in learning cycle

Hello, thank you for this I will try to use GPCCHEM, does that mean that if the difference if greater than 3% for all the 4 ChemID available on BQ27427 it is not suitable for the battery ?

I am trying to produce the logs for the GPCCHEM tool but instructions are not precise. I can plot voltage and temperature with the "data graph" tool from bqstudio but I cant plot the current (option not available in "Add register"), it is mentionned in the GPCCHEM guide that we need voltage, temperature and current graph over a relax-discharge-relax sequence. How am I suppose to collect the data for the GPCCHEM tool ?

For most cases that would be true depending on the client's need for accuracy on the state of charge.

Hi, I managed to have a chemical ID with <3% error for the battery. But in the learning cycle process at the end of the charge the following error showed up :  

[QMAX_UP: Not Set

Learning cycle cancelled 

This occured just after the end of the charge before starting the relax state.

Hello, yes the first step is always the discharge of the battery (discharge->relax->charge->error). How should the updtae status change between the different steps ?
