The GND diagram of the device is connected to the earth, but the GND of the VDD I use is not the earth, but the GND of the switching power supply. So how should the GND of the device in use be connected? If the GND of the switching power supply is connected to the earth, then the chassis housing is at risk of becoming electrified.

please ensure that the Y-capacitors and VDD of the device share the same GND as shown below. It is circled in blue as shown.
The reason why we propose is that the device tries to cancel the common mode noise current which is the same current that flows through Y-capacitors. So, Y-cap GND (which is earth) should be same as device GND for AEF action to happen and for device to work.
