TPS61378-Q1: Thermal detail model (.ecxml oe .tzr)

I am doing thermal simulations and require more information about the thermal behavior of these components:
- TPS61378
- TPS61388 (preliminary?)

Could you please provide a thermal detail model of these components for me to be able to perform a more detailed thermal simulation.

Compatible formats for me are: .ecxml or tzr. Please include density, capacity, and thermal conductivity for the whole component.
