BQ27Z561: How to enable BQ27Z561 after Golden Image Program

I am really needed the helps to look for some useful information to point me to next steps for the investigation.  I have been chasing this problem for weeks, but couldn't find what I did wrong or what can I do next.

I don't really care about the battery's report accuracy at the moment.  I just want to prove the part BQ27Z561 gauge is working on my own PCBA board.

I just want some knowledgeable confirmation that just pointing out: "NO YOU DID WRONG" and the reasons, Or "NO YOUR DESIGN IS INCORRECT" or "NO YOUR METHOD IS INCORRECT" or "NO bqStudio and EVM only work together, and YOU CAN'T USE BQ27Z561 on your own PCBA".

PLEASE PLEASE don't tell me to go back and doing GPC data collection, GPC report, cycle studying etc. because I have done them.

I just try to prove the case  from assumption is:

1. If bqStudio version 1.3.101, EV2400 tool, and BQ27Z561-EVM is able to to show the battery's Remain Capacity and Full Charge Capacity for my battery correctly

2. I then can Extract the Golden Image from EVM

3. And I can program Golden Image (either .srec or bq.fs) on my own PCBA's BQ27Z561 successfully, using bqStudio 1.3.101 and EV2400 tool, I should see the Remain Capacity and Full Charge Capacity right? 

No in my case, I tried couple of the BQ27Z561 on different boards, but I always got zero from my own BQ27Z561.  Is it my PCBA's design? if it is my PCBA design, what could be wrong since bqStudio and EV2400 didn't complain and just program or communicate with it without any problem.

I attached with this thread is:

1. Screen capture of bqStudio+EVM working with my battery and my PCBA ( I used battery input to EVM and output to my PCBA, connect I2C with EV2400 to connect to bqStudio)

2. Screen capture of my own PCBA's BQ27Z561 with bqStudio and EV2400 that show no RC and FCC

3. Golden Image files that are successfully programed to my own PCBA's BQ27Z561

4. Schematic of my gauge circuit
