UCC14241-Q1: How much delay time is for between "_PG low trigger event happens" and "_PG logic output is high"?

Hi team, 

How much delay time is for between "_PG low trigger event happens" and  "_PG logic output is high"? are each response time as below? 

(1) Triggered VVIN_UVLOP

(2) Triggered VVIN_OVLOP

(3) Triggered VVDD_UVLOP

(4) Triggered VVDD_OVLOP

(5) Triggered TSHUTPPRIMARY_RISE

(6) TSHUTSSECONDARY_RISE

In addition, is the UCC14241-Q1 _PG response time same with UCC15241-Q1?

    Ochi,

    There is a deglitch time that the fault has to exceed after that time, it will latch off.  Once the deglitch time has expired, the time from to PG is within 2us.

     

    UCC14240 – ~ 66us

    UCC14241 and others ~2ms-3ms at power-up, ~66us after powerup

    Do you mean response time after deglitch time is 2us?

    Do you mean response time after deglitch time is 2us?

    Do you mean deglitch time "at power-up" and "after powerup" is different? 

    • Yes, UCC14240 has a fixed deglitch time of ~66μs which is the same at startup and after startup. All other IIB ICs have 2-3ms deglitch time at startup, then ~66μs after startup.

    For example, during "after powerup", could we consider total response time between "FAULT event happens" and "_PG triggered" as below figure is "degltich time" + "response time" = 66usmax + 2usmax = 68usmax?
