I requested the document SFFSA05 through the "Functional safety documents are available. Request now" section on the TPS653860-Q1 website.

When I looked at the contents of document SFFSA05, it said "available upon request" in Chapters 4 and 5.

Where should I request it?

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you help to give us some context/reason for wanting the pin FMA/DFMEA documents? Normally customers work from the FMEDA worksheet and safety manual for most requests.

    We are considering using the TPS653860 in products that require a high level of safety.
    We need to obtain FMA/DFMEA documents to implement measures to mitigate risks in the event of failure of this IC or its peripheral circuits.
