LM74700-Q1: Trying to make a switch but gate will not shut off at EN LOW

Hi, I need to make reverse polarity but also switch.

I was expecting the gate to stay low when EN is low, but it still supplies voltage and will not shut of the FET? Would it work if I instead tie drains together?
