Apologies if this is the wrong question or if this information is available in some other way: I would like to use the device (REF5025) where the output (Vout) will be in circuit but the device will not have power during an abnormal circuit condition. Is resistance to ground a defined quantity when power is off? Ground will be active, but power will not be available to the REF5025. I would like to understand the load on the rest of the circuit in this condition. The voltage available at the Vout node would be less than 5V.
