Tool/software:
I'm working on a system that is extremely difficult to access the BMS once it is installed, however there is a 485 to smbus converter installed which is very accessible. We would like to be able to push firmware updates through this converter but don't see a lot of information in the datasheets on hot to upload the srec file. Can you provide documentation on how to write the SREC file? I'll need to know how to write the IF and DF portions, verify checksums, and use other commands while in ROM mode.
