I am Ricardo Dias, and I have developed a tiny DC/DC (because of the space we have) converter to be used by automotive cameras, 12V@250mA (1,2A peak).
I have used the LM5012Q1 as we need converter high voltage as 90Vdc.
The converter works fine, with some noise, unfortunately, and now I am struggling to find how to eliminate this noise.
I am sending the layout and schematic and, in case to be necessary, I can send some measurements. I am a little bit suspicious about the Ron, I have tried 100k and 50k, I saw that this configures a very low Fsw.
Please, let me know if you need any more further information.
