BQ24157: How to decode date code of BQ24157YFFR -- (Date Code - 2107+5)

Tool/software:

We are using  BQ24157YFFR part in one of our design and purchase the same, but we got the part with the  Date Code of 2107+5 Could you please help us how to decode this date code. 

If possible, please also provide offical document, please.
