Dear Team,
I am using SiC MOSFET where it requires +20V and -5V respectively. The gate driver used is UCC21520. Could you verify the schematics especially where the ground is mentioned. The ground of 20V and -5V is added to the corresponding HS and LS switch driver side. Kindly suggest me the correction, for which whether i should give ground at the MOSFET source input from the driver out?

For your Low Side MOSFET, the source of the MOSFET (PGND4) should be connected to VSSB. For the High Side MOSFET, The source of the MOSFET should be connected to the drain of the Low Side MOSFET on the switch node. See the image below:
