Hello Gareth,

The closest replacement to the LT4275B would be the TPS2378, which is IEEE802.3at compliant (up to 30 W). Additionally, the TPS23731 is also IEEE802.3at/bt compliant with an integrated DC/DC CTL solution. Both datasheets are linked below.
